The men at Theta Chi Fraternity want you to start  thinking about Greek life at NDSU.  Being a member of a fraternity opens many opportunities not given to most college students, both socially and academically.

What is Theta Chi? Theta Chi (ΘΧ) is a social Fraternity, which means that we do not require members to be of a specific field of study.  However, engineering, accountancy, and business seem to be the dominant majors among Theta Chi members.  Theta Chi always aims to earn one of the highest collective GPA of the NDSU fraternities.  We are also the largest fraternity on campus.  Our chapter house is located at 1307 N. University Drive, directly across the street from the NDSU campus.

How do I join Theta Chi Fraternity? Joining Theta Chi is simple.  Recruitment week is a time for NDSU students to learn more about the fraternities.  After recruitment week, a new member process begins, during which an interested student learns more about the fraternity.  The final step is initiation, the process by which a person is officially inducted into the fraternity.  Hazing is strictly prohibited by the Theta Chi International Headquarters and is NOT a part of our initiation process.

What does it mean to be a Theta Chi member? As a member, you’ll be a part of almost 100 years of tradition at NDSU. You’ll instantly be connected to over 1900 men from NDSU and thousands of other brothers across the nation. You’ll be able to participate in the countless social functions and philanthropy events that Theta Chi organizes, often in cooperation with sororities and other student organizations.  You’ll make life-long friends and meet Theta Chi alumni, who are often an excellent resource for employment following your college years. Being a Theta Chi means being something greater!
